Everyone has the potential to do something great with themselves. Although we all have different social, financial, educational situations, there is one thing which is universally equal and balanced and that is time. Everyone has 604,800 seconds a week, so what is the difference between a successful CEO and a person working their ass off at McDonalds? The answer is simple, it’s the way they use their time. No matter where you are, the one thing you cannot escape is time. We all have an equal opportunity, it just depends on how we use it. Now if we all have the same amount of time, why waste it?

Regardless of how rich you become, how fit you become, and how educated you are, your mirror opposites will have the exact same amount of time as you. So with that being said, how do you become more successful than the person who is already successful, already fit, already educated? It’s simple, you try harder, train more, and learn more than them so you can beat them!

Get your priorities straight, set SMART goals, lay out a plan and act to achieve it. Use your time wisely and you will be rewarded. With proper time management, anything is possible.

Never Give Up!

More than often you hear about people giving up just before they reach their goals, isn’t it just truly tragic? What if our standard of life was to never give up at all? The words “give up” could never even go together?  Think about the potential everybody has. No one remembers a quitter, so why be one? Life is full of obstacles, and no one will ever tell you its easy unless you inherit a billion dollar fortune, but even then it won’t be easy. So why not try something new today, something that you have never done before? Search for an opportunity or a hobby and just stick to it for a few months to see where it takes you, without even trying, will you ever know where it will go? Probably not.

So take a dive, and push and push and push until you reach success. Don’t mind the negatives because your goals are so much bigger than them!

Here’s a great story I picked up off the internet;

The story of the donkey who fell down a well.

One day a farmer’s donkey fell down into a well.

The animal cried piteously for hours as the farmer tried to figure out what to do. Finally he decided the animal was old, and the well needed to be covered up anyway; it just wasn’t worth it to retrieve the donkey. He invited all his neighbors to come over and help him. they all grabbed a shovel and began to shovel dirt into the well.

At first, the donkey realized what was happening and cried horribly. Then,to everyone’s amazement, he quieted down. A few shovel loads later, the farmer finally looked down the well, and was astonished at what he saw. With every shovel of dirt that hit his back, the donkey was doing something amazing. He would shake it off and take a step up.

As the farmer’s neighbors continued to shovel dirt on top of the animal, he would shake it off and take a step up. Pretty soon, everyone was amazed as the donkey stepped up over the edge of the well and trotted off!

Life is going to shovel dirt on you, all kinds of dirt. The trick to getting out of the well is to shake it off and take a step up. Each of our troubles is a stepping stone. We can get out of the deepest wells just by not stopping, never giving up! Shake it off and take a step up!

Use the negatives to build yourself. Be what you want to be, do what you want to do. NEVER let anyone tell you otherwise!

How much nutrition is actually in your food?

We have all heard of the term; “you are what you eat” right? I’m sure we have, well it’s definitely true. There is absolute certainty that what we put into our bodies is exactly what we get. So how about you? Are you getting the right amount of nutrition you need everyday to sustain the healthy state your body is meant to be in? Just take a second to think about it..

So let’s move on. Our food comes from the plants we eat and that forms the very roots of the human food chain. They provide us with the very important macro-nutrients we need to function; carbohydrates, sugars, proteins, fats and oils. However there is a much bigger aspect of nutrition that we have just begun to grasp. Plants also provide us with the micro-nutrients such as vitamins, anti-oxidants and minerals which is essential for maintaining healthy cellular function.
